Cover Supervisor
Contract: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week / 38 weeks per year (8.30am to 4pm)
Salary: Grade 4 SP9-12 (FTE £27,254 to £29,540 / Actual £21,556 to £23,365)
Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic positive person, to join this successful and popular school.
You will be required to:
- Provide supervision of classes when teachers are absent.
- Implement set work, monitor students and report on progress.
- When needed to, provide examination supervision and accompany school trips.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who:
- Is qualified in English, Maths and Science to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent).
- Is willing to work flexibly, use initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for supporting young people.
- Has an excellent sense of humour. Induction and training will be provided.
