SEND Administrator
Contract: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Monday and Friday (08.30 am – 16.00 pm)
Salary: Grade 3 SP4-6 (FTE £25,185 to £25,989 / Actual £20,377 to £21,027)
Start date: September 2026
We are seeking to appoint committed an enthusiastic SEND Administrator join our successful and popular school. The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND team
- Ensure the effective organisation, communication, and record-keeping of SEND provision across the school
- Liaise with external agencies, parents/guardians and teaching staff to support SEND students We are looking for someone who: Is able to work independently while contributing positively to a strong team ethos
- Is flexible and responsive to the changing needs of pupils and the school
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Uses initiative and problem-solving skills to support pupils effectively
- Brings warmth, resilience, and a sense of humour to the role
We welcome applications from candidates with experience of supporting administration in schools or SEND settings, as well as those with relevant experience in other related roles. We also encourage applications from individuals new to education who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong commitment to inclusive practice.
