All students are taught Food Nutrition as part of their Key Stage 3 Technology programme, and we have very popular courses of GCSE and A-Level Food Nutrition.
The post will involve the teaching courses to match the strengths of the successful candidate. An interest in teaching other aspects of Key Stage 3 art or technology would also be a benefit.
In September 2015 the school moved into an award-winning new building, where Technology & Engineering are taught in specialist rooms. The team is very supportive, well resourced and expectations for students are high.

Many of our staff work flexibly in different ways including part-time working. For this role we are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours of flexible start and end times. Please talk to us at the interview stage about the flexibility you would like and we will explore what’s possible for this role.
The salary will be discussed at the interview, and depends on qualifications and experience of suitable candidates. Consideration of a TLR will be given for someone to take responsibility for the delivery of engineering qualifications.
