Contract Type: Permanent, part time – 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (08:30 am – 16:00 pm)
Salary: Grade 3 SP 4 - 6 (FTE £19,264 - £20,043 / Actual £15,468 - £16,094 p/a)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive staff team at our popular and successful school. The role will be primarily to support a student 1-1 but will also include working with small groups, under the guidance and direction of the Student Support Manager/SENDCo and teaching colleagues. The role may potentially involve personal care for the specified individual student.
Students are offered a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where they can grow and develop to fulfil their potential. We encourage students to take ownership of their learning by providing engaging opportunities and equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to face the challenges beyond secondary school.
